Typically, during this first conversation, the Authorized Home Buyer will provide a verbal offer. If you like the offer, we will discuss a potential closing date and your current situation. Because we are a locally-owned company, we have the flexibility to adapt to different situations, ranging from flexible closing dates to arranging cash payouts before closing.

Scheduling a home inspection and closing day

We inspect every home before signing any contract. The purpose of a home inspection is to evaluate the verbal offer provided during the first meeting with the home seller. 99% of the time, home sellers are up front with any issues, and there are very few surprises during the inspection process. After a successful inspection, we will move to executing a contract and selecting a definitive closing date to complete the process.

Every situation is different, and we’re okay with that
